The day commenced with a burst
of energy as employees partici-
pated in an exhilarating boxing
session! Led by skilled trainers, we
discovered the empowering world
of boxing, learning techniques to jab,
hook, and weave. The boxing ses-
sion not only got our hearts pump-
ing but also ignited a sense of team-
work and determination among all
participants.
Following the invigorating box-
ing session, it was time for some
well-deserved relaxation. Our team
members indulged in soothing
massages, provided by expert
massage therapists, which melted
away the stresses of daily life. The
massage session was a moment of
blissful rejuvenation, leaving us feel-
ing refreshed and ready to take on
any challenge.
The day’s wellness activities also
included Discovery wellness screen-
ings, which gave us valuable insights
into our health and well-being.
These screenings provided com-
prehensive health assessments,
empowering us to make informed
decisions about our overall health.
