On July 18th, in the spirit of global icon Nelson Mandela, our offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town took a day
to celebrate his legacy by actively contributing to worthy causes in our communities. Mandela Day is a powerful
reminder of the importance of social responsibility, and this year, we were proud to embody Madiba's philosophy
through volunteering.

Spirit of Madiba on
NELSON MANDELA DAY
Our Johannesburg colleagues spent a meaningful day at
Oliver's Village, a beacon of hope in the Daveyton Informal
Settlement. This vital organization tackles a range of social
challenges by providing essential services like education, early
childhood development programs, and other support systems.
The Johannesburg team's volunteer efforts undoubtedly
brought joy and valuable assistance to Oliver's Village. Their
dedication to service aligns perfectly with Mandela's vision of
building a more just and equitable society.
Johannesburg Team Uplifts Lives at Oliver's Village
The Cape Town team championed a two-pronged approach
to giving back. One group volunteered at James House, a
highly respected organization renowned for its child protec-
tion services and care and development programs.
James House plays a crucial role in supporting vulnerable
children and families within the Hout Bay and Matzikama
communities.
Meanwhile, another group from our Cape Town office
turned their attention to the well-being of animals in
need. They volunteered at the Domestic Animal Rescue
Group (DARG), an organization dedicated to rescuing
animals and finding them loving forever homes.

Group, the power of collective action is a core value. Mandela Day serves as a potent reminder of this philosophy,
and we're incredibly proud of both our Johannesburg and Cape Town teams for dedicating a day to create a
positive impact. Their volunteer efforts embody the spirit of Madiba and his unwavering dedication to building
